Group Sustainability Manager / Hållbarhetsansvarig Hultafors Group

As Group Sustainability Manager, you have an important role in inspiring, leading and managing Hultafors Group to a more sustainable business. You will manage the development and execution of the sustainability strategy in close cooperation with our divisions, which are responsible to develop and drive their own sustainability agenda and the different brands.

Further, you will be responsible for setting and monitoring targets, plans and procedures in line with the strategy. As the internal leader and expert in sustainability, you foster a sustainability culture by educating the organisation about emerging trends, programs, laws and regulations and challenges. The role is both strategic and operational.

In the role as Sustainability Manager you will work closely with the sustainability representatives, who are working in the different companies which are part of Hultafors Group and you will be part of the Latour sustainability forum with representatives from all Latour companies. Together with our Group Quality Manager you will integrate sustainability into working processes, follow up short-term actions and ensure continuous improvement long-term. You will also be involved in onboarding new acquired companies.

The position reports to the CHRO & Head of Communications, Sustainability & Quality and is based in either Göteborg (Högsbo) or Stockholm (Danderyd).
